ServiceNow Business Analyst
We’re working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and complex process design.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, international environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams across ServiceNow initiatives
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Support and enhance ServiceNow HAM processes across the full asset lifecycle
- Analyse large datasets to identify enrichment, optimisation, and reporting opportunities
- Define complex business processes and workflows for development teams
- Facilitate workshops, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
- Produce high-quality functional and non-functional documentation
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in complex environments
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year working on ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
- Experience analysing large datasets and maintaining data integrity
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa)
- Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools)
- Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proactive, service-minded, and adaptable to change
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Experience working in international and multicultural teams
Desirable Experience
- Process design using BPMN
- Asset lifecycle and business process modelling
- Senior-level presentations (sprint demos, workshops, training sessions)
- Strong stakeholder management, including chairing meetings and managing expectations
- Experience producing user guides and detailed documentation
- Public Sector experience
