ServiceNow Business Analyst

We’re working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and complex process design.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, international environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams across ServiceNow initiatives
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Support and enhance ServiceNow HAM processes across the full asset lifecycle
• Analyse large datasets to identify enrichment, optimisation, and reporting opportunities
• Define complex business processes and workflows for development teams
• Facilitate workshops, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
• Produce high-quality functional and non-functional documentation
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in complex environments

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year working on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
• Experience analysing large datasets and maintaining data integrity
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa)
• Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools)
• Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proactive, service-minded, and adaptable to change
• Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams

Desirable Experience

• Process design using BPMN
• Asset lifecycle and business process modelling
• Senior-level presentations (sprint demos, workshops, training sessions)
• Strong stakeholder management, including chairing meetings and managing expectations
• Experience producing user guides and detailed documentation
• Public Sector experience
